One free Wellness Network reward.
Choosing a wellness activity from the Wellness Network entitles you to a voucher towards digital fitness instruction, a Zumba class, Yoga class, Pilates class, trial gym membership, personal training session, nutritional consultation, mindfulness experiences or other wellness experiences, depending on the participating facilities or independent locations near you. Once you are qualified and follow the steps provided to select your experience of choice via the Wellness Network, you will redeem for a wellness experience at either a brick-and-mortar venue, or a digital experience from one of our partners. You will receive an email with further instructions to redeem, as well as a voucher. If you redeemed for a wellness experience at a brick-and-mortar venue, you need to print out the voucher and bring it with you to the venue selected.
If your voucher is for a location, please call ahead to make a reservation and ensure that the location is not booked up. If you show up unannounced, you may not be accepted.
If your voucher is for a digital wellness reward, it will contain instructions on how to redeem.
Sorry, Wellness Network vouchers are not transferable. The person whose name is printed on the voucher will need to be the one to redeem the Perk. Furthermore, if you redeemed for a wellness experience at a brick-and-mortar venue, the person whose name is on the voucher will need to be present at the venue at the time of redemption.
Sorry, your Wellness experience is valid for one per customer booking group. A booking group is defined as one or more persons accompanying the voucher holder. You and your friend must make separate appointments.
Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID, as well as the printed Wellness Network voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Also, please call the venue ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.
